Our lamellation presses have proved themselves in practice for years through their solid construction. The robust base frame is designed for one- or two-sided feeding.
The amount of cylinders and necessary press capacity depends on the type of wood as well as the required clamping length and depth. Each hydraulic chuck can be adjusted individually through manual control, therefore work pieces of all different sizes can be processed. Size can be quickly adjusted through precise runners and ball bearing carriages. All models include a counter weight for an easy height adjustment of the hydraulic chucks. Contact pressure from the front is achieved through slidable holding down devices with pneumatic cylinders.
